http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o98/cleolane21/MuseumofJurassicTech.jpgThe Museum of Jurassic Technology located at the Venice Boulevard in Culver City is such a mysterious place where even when it says it’s open the doors are closed, the windows are shut and you you have to ring the doorbell before you can actually enter.

Entrance fee is at $4.00 each and they note you as a guest upon entrance as there is a guest book to sign for all visitors. They have an introductory slideshow. There are dioramas that represents the different life cycles of the ancient times, skeleton figures of European moles, etc.

The place shows different images and figures that will keep each guest wonder whether they are true or not. The museum brochure reads: “In its original sense, the term museum meant a spot dedicated to the muses — a place where man’s mind could attain a mood of aloofness above everyday affairs.”
