There is an Annual Quilt Show and Competition happening in Wisconsin on October 26 to October 28 2007. This event features workshops, 250 quilts on display on different quilt shopping malls. The event is sponsored by the Piecemakers Quilt Guild of Central Wisconsin and is titled “2007 Treasures of Tomorrow Quilt Show and Competition.”
Event includes:
- Full & Half Day Classes
- 1 Hour Classes–Fabric Kits Included
- Beginning quilting class
- Over 150 Quilts/Wallhangings
- 25+ Vendors
- Raffle Quilt
- Hundreds of items for sale
- Appraisals by appointment
- Machine Cleaning/Tune-up – $30
- Neck Massages
- Food/Refreshments daily
- FREE Demonstrations all day Sunday
- Sunday ONLY–Guided Tours of prize winning quilts
The event schedule is as follows:
- Friday, October 26, 2007 9 am – 5 pm
- Saturday, October 27, 2007 9 am – 5 pm
- Sunday, October 28, 2007 10 am - 3 pm
The quilt show and competition will be held at the Marshfield Middle School, 900 E Fourth St
Marshfield, WI 54449.
General Admission is at $5 per day but you can buy a two Day Pass for $8 each where it is handicap accessible.
