Edible Menus Served at Moto

Ever heard of a tasting menu?  Moto Restaurant offers 5, 10, and 18 courses of tasting menus at different prices.  The restaurant is located at 945 w. Fulton Market, Chicago, Il 60607.

You can have a 5 menu course for $70.00. A sample 5 course tasting menu will consist of:
soup and salad,
goosefish with scarlet runner beans,
crispy hash browns and beef,
chocolate tree candy, 
and doughnut forms.

While a sample 10 course menu, costing around $105.00 will have:
salmon and sesame,
acorn with bacon,
merluzzo and popcorn,
cucumber with lemon and basil,
bbq pork with the fixin’s,
pasta and quail,
lychee rigatoni fruit plate,
two and three dimensional truffle,
graham cracker and quince,
kiwi, mint and maize

They also serve edible menus and patent-pending edible advertisements where chef Homaro Cantu is taking the science of cooking to another level at culinary laboratory Moto.
