Kids really grow up so fast and the only way for us to make sure they enjoy their childhood is plant sweet and fun memories in them. There are so many places here in the United States alone where we can take the children, give them a fun ride, do some learning activities, play and just have some fun. One of the best places that is truly recommended is the Sesame Place at Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
Kids could only be kids once. If we leave them just staring at things they should have been making fun at, then we are keeping them away from developing their imagination and intelligence. Hugging a friend in Sesame Place can also contribute to their social skills and it is only helpful for them to mingle with kids their age.
At Sesame Place the children can meet the 8 feet tall Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Bert, Ernie, Elmo, Cookie Monster and many more. What they only see on TV will now be a full size and real Sesame Street Neighborhood. They will also get the chance to do the Rock Around the Block parade, go to the hands-on science exhibit, computer gallery and the most featured water attractions and kid-sized amusement park rides for children from 2 to 13 years old.
The whole Sesame Place is just a small theme park but a nice place to relax for it’s clean and easy to navigate. Among the Sesame Place Attractions are the following:
- The six-story-high Sky Splash water slide and Slippery Slopes
- Slimey’s Chutes and Little Bird’s Rapids
- Teeny Tiny Tidal Waves
- Big Bird’s Rambling River

- Sesame Slides and the three-story Nets ‘n Climbs
The place has complete facilities such as restaurants, picnic area, stroller rentals and food concessions. If you want to go there, bring your kiddie suit, water shoes and just have fun!
