Paiute Indians thought that the Grand Canyon formation was a frozen quasihuman animals in stone.  These Utah’s Bryce Canyon formation was also called the “helluva place to lose a cow!”The place is full of rock spires, natural amphitheaters and hoodoos that glow in different shades such as yellow, pink and brown.  The carvings were due to the flowing water and  new ones are being build by the crumbling old hoodoos.  Different animals live in the Grand Canyon like a collection of 170 species of birds, mule deer, elk, porcupines, golden eagles and also hawks.There are different trails that cross the park in all levels.  If you visit the place you can do so much like cross country skiing, horseback riding and even the most popular snowshoeing.
